Forest view is situated in the unspoilt countryside of the Perche valley, in the Orne region of Lower Normandy.

The Perche valley sits within a Regional National Park, full of relaxing walks & scenic drives.

Forest view is set in 10 acres, including a 1.5 acre lake, situated next to the forét de Saussay.

The accomodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 ground floor. Open plan kitchen / dining room. ground floor shower/bath room ( 2 steps).

Activities available.

Painting Worhshops.

Karen uses the popular step by step teaching method at the workshops. They are structured for the painter, but also for the beginner. So, if you have always wanted to "have a go" but never got around to it, this this is ideal. The workshops are on Tuesdays & Thursdays, they start at 10.30 & end around 4pm. No equipment ! not a problem, Karen has everything you need to create a masterpiece ! Included in the price is a light lunch. The workshops require a minimum of 2 people.

Fishing.

Our established lake offers fishing for all the family. It is stocked with Roach, Rudd, Tench, Perch (2.5lb) & Carp (18lb) - weights quoted are what has been caught so far.

Mini Golf

We have an 18 hole mini golf course.

Horse riding.

A local Chàteau has a riding school, which offers riding throught the grounds.

Bird watching.

Forest view is situated next to the forest, an ideal bird watchers paradise.
